Running Emacs 28 on GNU Guix System and installed pdf-tools using guix package manager. pdf-view-restore installs pdf-tools from (m)elpa archive resulting in two packages, one from guix system and one from melpa.
pdf-view-restore works fine, but when trying to use say pdf-midnight-minor-mode from pdf-tools give me the error: File mode specification error: (error epdfinfo: Expected 0 or 1:2). I think it's because it's trying to find epdfinfo from the melpa version when instead its on guix package list.
Is there a way to tell pdf-view-restore that pdf-tools is already installed? Or can I suggest to remove pdf-tools from dependency?
