"guide-gui" only triggered failures

Tested installing 0install on Debian bullseye to follow https://docs.0install.net/packaging/guide-gui/

0install add 0publish-gui http://0install.net/2007/interfaces/0publish-gui.xml

• apparently a deprecated feed, forwarded to another url
• it prompted to install the python2.7 debian package manually, or install packagekit
• after installing packagekit the prompt did not go away
• after installing python2.7 manually, the 0install gui didn't appear any more (maybe found everything sucessfully installed?)
• starting ~/bin/0publish-gui gave error about needing pygtk (not installable, seems removed from debian)
• looking at the version actually getting installed (on a subsequent clean retry) it showed an old 0.11 gets selected, and quite long "reasoning" with errors/mismatches

Hmm, these old Python 2 programs don't run on modern systems. We should probably get rid of that page. The packaging guide should only really be pointing readers at 0template now (but in fact it hardly mentions it).

Thanks! I could find some info about 0template on https://docs.0install.net/packaging/guide-cli/ , but couldn't find how to define some simple native package dependencies for what looked like a simple source build: https://www.oilshell.org/release/latest/doc/INSTALL.html
