Just remove statusbar and navitaion bar color

<item name="android:statusBarColor">@android:color/transparent</item> <item name="android:windowLightStatusBar">?attr/isLightTheme</item> <item name="android:navigationBarColor">@android:color/transparent</item> <item name="android:windowLightNavigationBar">?attr/isLightTheme</item>

you can check that status bar color not changed in dynamic color with splash screen

if you remove splash screen then dynamic color will be set.
