Joining ki32_mosrs requires a MOSRS account

Following the docs for running ACCESS-ESM, I requested to join the ki32 and ki32_mosrs projects on NCI. I have just heard back from NCI (RY) that they need to record my existing MOSRS account name. It would be good to note that requirement against the docs.

(I have no idea what MOSRS is or what it takes to have a MOSRS account but that's a me problem - presumably not something users would face)
