The access-nri-intake package now has a builder for ACCESS-OM3 output. ACCESS-OM3 can include the Wavewatch3 (WW3) model. Currently, all ACCESS-OM3 WW3 output is classified as part of the "ocean" realm. However, it would make the data more findable to classify with a new "wave" realm.

Also, the same realm field exists in both experiment_asset.json and file_asset.json. We should probably define in one and reference in the other.
