Data cubes in all SPWs were binned by x2 as a part of size mitigation. This should be rectified during reprocessing
Clean stopped for SPW 33 due to divergence.
Other than the above mentioned issues, no other problems were found in the calibration and imaging process. Continuum channel IDs are good.

I took over this one from Qizhou, and modified the override commands in the json file.

I have moved the old version of spw33 to pre_Jan17_2023_imaging. Reimaging should start soon.

Update on Mar 1 2023: the cubes in Globus are not updated. It seems that the re-imaging was not triggered?

@xinglunju the cubes were updated, as far as I can see - see the modification date below. Why did you say they were not?
Are the imaging parameters wrong? I've moved them to pre_march1_imaging/ assuming we need to do something with them.

@keflavich sorry I didn't make it clear... SPW33 has been re-imaged, I am downloading and checking it now. But the other 5 SPWs should be re-imaged as well (see the override json file) yet they are not.

Got it. I moved everything to pre_march and am trying to retrigger now

SPW33 cube looks good. No divergence spotted. The other 5 SPWs to be re-imaged & checked.

Re-imaged SPW25/27/29/31/33 cubes look good. SPW35 cube still missing on Globus. If the pipeline is not running, I will run it on the local machine.

Cont QA (spw25_27,spw33_35): looks pretty good, very minor contamination in both images

SPW 25 diverged pretty severely. I think there's an SiO maser right on the edge of the mosaic. I spotted this when looking at the peak intensity maps of the 12m+7m+TP data.

@xinglunju is this something you could look into, since you did the previous QA for this?

Divergence seems to span ~ channels 1196 - 1220.

I am re-cleaning the SPW25 cube on a local machine to fix the divergence. Temporarily removing the Done! label...

Update on the diverging channels around the SiO maser

Increasing the cyclefactor does not help... I have to decrease pblimit (from 0.2 to 0.15) in tclean to include that SiO maser in the image and then clean it. The cube looks good now. Will upload it to globus.

Moved those files to /orange/adamginsburg/ACES/data/2021.1.00172.L/science_goal.uid___A001_X1590_X30a8/group.uid___A001_X1590_X30a9/member.uid___A001_X15a0_X160/calibrated/working (old cubes moved to failed_spw25_cubes_20240423/ for now, not deleted yet)

(upper 25_27 through the Mar 17 25_27_33_35 image, lower 33_35) Something potentially went wrong with the naming here, but the new images look better. The residual are down by a factor of 2 or better, although there are still hints of line contamination in the field.

If the names are wrong, then it's the wrong image.
