• (5) hsd_skycal (?): Warning! Elevation difference between ON and OFF for uid___A002_Xfcc484_X979a.ms field Sgr_A_star antenna PM01 spw 17 was 4.030908917282503deg exceeding the threshold 3.0deg
  • Applies for four antennae (PM01, PM02, PM03, and PM04)
  • Applies for many spws
  • The number of degrees is around 4 deg, exceeding it for some, for the spws
• (7) hsd_applycal: Looks alright to me, though uid___A002_Xfce28e_X16ed.ms should have a second opinion as it is the odd one out where some of the line green lines don't match up with the rest.

There's some confusion about the spectral window numbers here, since the TP products use a different set of numbers to the interferometric, which was used to set up the task checklist for imaging lines.

SPW16 H13CN = SPW17
SPW18 H13CO+/SiO = SPW19
SPW20 HCO+ = SPW21

Interesting absorption in this part of the spectrum

There's a sort of continuous boxy feature here, not sure if it is real or not.
SPW22 HNCO = SPW23
SPW24 Cont 1 = SPW25
Not a lot of "wide" lines for this cube.
SPW26 Cont 2 = SPW27
Lower S/N than SPW25, but shows similar spectral features.
