\fBrdiscd-keygen\fR generates a key to be used with rdiscd(8)'s stable
privacy mode.  The key is used to ensure an adversary cannot determine
your host's MAC address by generating a lookup table mapping prefixes
and MAC addresses to stable privacy interface IDs.

The path to key file is specified on the command line.  \fBrdiscd-keygen\fR
will create this file.  An error will be raised if the file already exists.
