mask default in n4_bias_field_correction #559

Just discovered this

    if mask is None:
        mask = get_mask(image)

which we should probably change it to match the command line version, i.e.., something like

    if mask is None:
        mask = image * 0 + 1

Does anybody have any issues with this proposed change?
