[BUG] Files do not have proper SELinux context #121

on Foreman 3.11 with foreman_resource_quota + Hammer CLI plugin:

# restorecon -Rnv /
Would relabel /var/lib/foreman/public/assets/foreman_resource_quota from system_u:object_r:usr_t:s0 to system_u:object_r:foreman_lib_t:s0
Would relabel /var/lib/foreman/public/webpack/foreman_resource_quota from system_u:object_r:usr_t:s0 to system_u:object_r:foreman_lib_t:s0

I expect that SELinux would not have to relabel files.
