What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

I have just looted the item "Memory of Morning's Tear" from Sludgefist in castle Nathria mythic. I was about to delete it when I saw the text "Reportedly bugged and no longer drops or learned from the Chronicle of Lost Memories. If you learn this or see it drop, please inform the ATT discord or create a GitHub issue." so I immediately made an account to post about it. This may have already been fixed, but I wanted to raise the issue anyway just in case. attached is a screenshot of the chat log from having looted it, as well as a mouseover of the item itself

Steps to reproduce the behavior.

Not so much a bug as it is a discovery. I just looted the boss as normal
