[PE-D][Tester A] multiple schedules of the same person

the current implementation is such that for one person there can only be at most 1 schedule, which does not make sense because as a professor or a TA I would want to be able to make a schedule with the same person on multiple dates and keep them tracked. Having multiple schedules with the same person is not rare, like we can have consultations every week repeatedly, so this should count as a feature flaw.
