Google partner ad settings is broken with AdGuard enabled, presumable because https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/ is blocked.

Considering this breaks website and service functionality, should this remain blocked?

There's a point in which excessively blocking domains causes issues, and it seems it's happening.
