Update statistics numbers on the main screen / statistics screen when the device comes back to Foreground

Issue Details

Here's how it works in the current version:

1. I switch to a different app, do some stuff there
2. Then I get back to AdGuard
3. The statistics numbers on the main screen stay the same they were 10 minutes ago when I switched to a different app.

Proposed solution

I suggest updating the numbers automatically when the app is brought back to the foreground.

In an ideal world, it should be done on every screen where we have any statistics (i.e. app details, company details, etc).

For the sake of simplicity, I suggest splitting this task into smaller ones.
For starters, we could update stats just on the main screen and on the statistics screen.
