Notification language changes after screen rotation

- Device: Xperia XZ1 compact
- System language: Russian
- Firmware: yes

Root access

What filters do you have enabled?

AdGuard Base filter, AdGuard Mobile Ads filter

What Stealth Mode options do you have enabled?

No response

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start AdGuard and make sure that choosed language is English, and notification is in English
2. Open an application that uses landscape mode or rotate a device with enabled auto rotation

Expected Behavior

Notification lang is not changed.

Actual Behavior

Notification lang is changed to Russian.
