Add settings export

Could you add a way of exporting user settings so they can be imported later on say a new machine or a fresh OS install?

This is an important feature request, we definitely should implement this.

Hii, how's the status with this????? On windows you can easily export settings and all, but on mac there seems no way to do it. i have same laptop 2 users and i want to apply same settings on both especially the user list and https exclusion list.
