Almost unilaterally, every game on roblox is a multiplayer experience. Replication should not be something that a user has to create themselves, but a core part of the ECS that is provided for users to get setup with creating games with minimal consideration.
The ECS should provide a performant (opt-in!) nicely integrated replication system that is easy to use and requires very little extra thought by a team using the Tina Framework.
Note: This will likely be developed over time for specific projects using Tina, and then be generalised later on. There should always be the option for users to modify or not use the system at all.
