Reasons to delist:

Abandoned project.
The website is offline/gone.
Their Twitter account has been deleted.
The last few messages on Bitcointalk have been to warn people to stay away.
The last message on Bitcointalk is from January.
A "banking" crypto company, with 44 token holders, which says they're applying for a banking license lol Most (all?) "crypto bank" projects don't end up well.
