Describe the bug

Ollinet restarts twice per week. #6957 ensures much of that is automated., including setting an initial price. For some reason that isn't reach the Vault Factory.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to open a vault in Ollinet
  2. It waits forever for a price

Expected behavior

Opens the vault
