Binding up/down arrows

I.ve got the point where the up/down arrow calls it's respective function.
There doesn't seem to be a method that can return the row number that's selected, should be pretty straight forward but....
Cannot find anything in the ctkbutton class either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
