This is the error i get after starting a stopped container:

Failed to attach 1 to compat systemd cgroup /docker/7b3b233323cff40ede61b193d80a0b738a99fd8465ac480f3c7f74f0cbeac103/init.scope: No such file or directory
Failed to open pin file: No such file or directory
Failed to allocate manager object: No such file or directory

@yechiel-optimalq did you make any progress with this issue?

I'm seeing this also but, only on Ubuntu 20.04, Centos 8.4 seems to be fine.
