Add "race" choices

Unlike selections, a race is a situation where both A or B could try to send a message and must race to do it. This is a dangerous feature, because it is an attack vector: whenever there is a race, there is a reason to fight with others to be the winner. If we don't have this feature, then we are automatically safer.
