Create a "Hello, World" application introducing users to

  • the boilerplate of an Alacrity program (also: any boilerplate required is probably bad and should be removed in the end, but in the meantime, that's how we document it).
  • basic interaction primitives with interact (also, is it correct that interact in a consensual context can only return a unit?)
