Right now, installation instructions are divided between hs/alacrity/README.md and examples/rps-auto/README.md. Instead, there should be a single INSTALL.md at the toplevel, or maybe per-platform INSTALL-on-macOS.md, INSTALL-on-Debian.md, INSTALL-with-Nix.md, INSTALL-on-Windows.md, etc.
