Auro design tokens: Hawaiian Core Colors

We need to identify the colors for some basic themes we have upcoming. These colors will theme about 80% of auro and the rest are less common and potentially reusable with other themes like, alerts or oneworld badges.

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple set of tokens that we can implement in our theme switcher so teams can begin to identify what is theme ready and what isn't.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We've tried to define all the colors but it not clear what colors to choose for what situation. We really only have a few colors in our core auro ui. The majority of brand colors will be used in content marketing UI's.

  (Cards, announcements, tiles)

I've added a couple values in case more granularity helps (noted by the '+'). As mentioned, still awaiting direction on font size, weight, and line height for headers and body.
