auro-card: dependencies on legacy auro and orion

Describe the bug

This component still uses legacy auro components which are still reliant on orion, old WCSS, and old node-sass, which causes issues on new and old projects alike.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install auro-card
2. See conflicting dependencies with other auro components already installed, WCSS, etc. and see deprecation warnings during installation (see screenshots)

Expected behavior

Auro-card dependencies are updated to use newer versions of other auro components and WCSS/Design Tokens

@Patrick-Daly-AA we haven't updated this one yet as there was a full redevelopment in the schedule somewhere?

@blackfalcon & @Chris-Boe , I believe that's correct. Auro Card is one of our upcoming components which we are focusing on, hopefully before the end of the year.
