auro-library: general documentation strategy

We need to structure both a general README.md file and possibly additional page(s) that we can render onto the docsite.

Describe the solution you'd like

While we currently have individual documentation .md files for each portion of automation, we need to role those up into a readme/starting point document that combines them all together.

This should then be added as new additional content onto the AuroDocSite.
