[Bug]: Draggon/structures not spawing

What happened?

When i download this, It did not spawn some structure for example dragon nests, it also didn't spawn that most important thing dragons.
I went through the files and you have the files linked to and old versions of another mod (oh the biomes you will go) and that mod has many biome and some mobs and structure are linked to it so they can only spawn there. Main point please fix this
