Package Review:

@assem-ch , could you (I don't want to make any change that need your decision):

• remove me_quran because it is not DFSG-compatible (may be create a separate repo for non-free components, we may need then for the flat packages)

• add licenses for other fonts: Scheherazade OFLv1.1, arabeyes-quran GPLv2

• change the binary/compressed JavaScript lib src/alfanous-django/wui/static/shared/js/keyboard.js with its source

Not sure but may be a separate secondary repository would be much better for 3rd party binaries. Debian is very strict about clean source code and licenses.

Package Submission Road-map:

• Submit an ITP (Intend To Package) notice: debian-bug#861621 for alfanous
• Request for membership for me (as Debian external maintainer) to:
  Python Applications Packaging Team (PAPT) at https://alioth.debian.org/ for better chance to get a sponsor. Send a request through their mailing list: https://lists.debian.org/debian-python/2017/05/msg00000.html
• Upload current packaging & source to PAPT repository
• Submit a RFS (Request For Sponsor), then see if anyone may sponsor it, either from PAPT or from https://db.debian.org/search.cgi (Arab developer who know how to deal with Arabic issues).

Hope for some response, I see too many requests. I will add steps here AFAIK.
