Create a way for users to provide Taxonomy information based on "README_standard" in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1og0sn2NLa4msjxI-xr2G1WzIXoxeQ1brUBgjxOh3oDQ/edit#gid=312132582.

This could be an S4 class that defines a template and user provides input via a constructor / function.
