Add a new message shortcut in slack. "Turn into Support Ticket" That would add a ticket in the DB and do the rest of the flow, but with the original message kept.

could we utilize slack reactions to quickly turn a comment/thread into an issue? something like this? Or should we use a shortcut which I havent used before.
One thing we should note is allow this feature to use the default issue template (perhaps service request or bug). This allows the automation to push to Support Kanban when appropriate template is used.
We haven't started work on it yet, but the idea was that it would pop up a modal with the following inputs for the person to select what kind it would be. Then the bot would treat the root message the same as the ones it makes right now.

Optional Title of the Issue (could default to something like the first sentence of the message or "Slack TIcket #xx")
