Have the same issue here. Looks like it is related to this issue in custom card helper. There was a breaking change in home assistant 04.2023 .
custom-cards/custom-card-helpers#72

This probably causes null object for getLovelace call.

This commit: 2219706 should have fixed this problem and is part of release https://github.com/AmoebeLabs/swiss-army-knife-card/releases/tag/v1.0.0-rc.4
