Remove the specification that the CLI installs eslint version 8.57. Revert to using the latest version. (File: autoInstallPackages.ts). Apply this change to the version of eslint-ts-patch as well.
Also remove:

allowedVersions": {
  "eslint": "8.57.0"
}
