From Presets version 3.13 Spanish language is supported, however the Anno Designer need to be updated before you can see this

From that moment on, and this will always be an issue, some buildings in Anno 2070 Presets Tree are not translated in Spanish, as the game did not provide this translations. Because it is an older Anno, i will not translate this yet, unless it is necessary because Spanish users play still Anno 2070 and use Anno Designer for it.
