Proposal

According to this repo, which is now outdated because of Googles improvment, its now possible to capture RGBA_8888 directly? Ref documentation. You guys run the output_image code here

Can we get this other format option on image analysis for android? It is default for iOS if I remember correctly from the library docs.

Iv been fighting to convert Nv21 to something I can use onwards, and it has not been the easiest task :S
