The github release pages has an attached tarball, but that is currently called just v0.1.tar.gz; the tarball should be called ` metis-0.1.0.tar.gz.

For future releases, the tar-file should be called e.g. metis-0.1.0.tar.gz (and unpack into metis-0.1.0/).
