pipelines - add raw_subspecies field

There is now a requirement to add raw_subspecies to pipelines (SOLR). The pipelines project deprecated raw_subspecies and made it a synonym of subspecies so both pipelines and biocache-service changes are required.

Tasks

1. Add raw_subspecies to the SOLR schema.
2. Ensure this is not overwritten by this
3. Remove raw_subspecies from deprecated-fields.json and pipelines-field-config.json in biocache-service and ala-install.
4. Test this with biocache-service, e.g.
