Boardwalk: Column margin issue

Theme Boardwalk shows additional margin-bottom after Column Block.

Steps to reproduce

1. Activate Boardwalk theme
2. Go to a post or page
3. Add a Paragraph Block
4. Below add a Column Block and add content
5. Add a new Paragraph Block below

You will see the space above and below the Column Block is different, whereas it should be consistent throughout the site.

What you expected to happen

Margin above and below should be consistant.

This is the same post as above, but in the theme Hever, where is shows correctly:

What actually happened

Margin bottom is not correct, and is larger than expected.
