An option to exclude post categories, tags, just like how Blog post block work.

An easier option to exclude specific categories, instead of manually listing all categories by default.

How

Similar feature under "Show Advanced Filters" for Blog Posts block in https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/blog-posts-block/#display-settings

I'm also on T51 and have run into a situation on another partner site where this feature would be very helpful.
