getting this error "code : InternalServerError message Please provide below info when asking for support: timestamp = 2021-01-22T12:51:41.1658661Z, correlation Id = c8574ba9-2b2b-49af-b01e-3fe82eb5ffc1" while make post response to get resource change

i have refer below link to get resource change
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/governance/resource-graph/how-to/get-resource-changes

POST https://management.azure.com/providers/Microsoft.ResourceGraph/resourceChangeDetails?api-version=2018-09-01-preview this was end up with the above error

any suggestion or input?
