[BUG] Service Bus: Cannot access a disposed object exception

I'm having a similar issue to this one #227

The relevant bit of the stack trace:

Which version of the amqp lib are you using?

The transport was closed while the connection was opening. This could happen under some conditions. I think the issue here is that you got an ObjectDisposedException which is unexpected. We will make a change to return IOException under this condition.
