GlobalEndpointManager.GetAccountPropertiesHelper throwing exception resulting in unhandled exception in client application

We are continuously addressing and improving the SDK, if possible, make sure the problem persist in the latest SDK version.

Describe the bug
GlobalEndpointManager.GetAccountPropertiesHelper is throwing exception. This is a background operation as far as i understand, an exception thrown here isnt handled by application.

Intermittent, not able to repro

Expected behavior
There isnt anything a client application can do other than catching and ignoring this exception. Should be handled better in the SDK.

Actual behavior
Applications can receive unhandled exception which they need to handle and ignore

The possible root is in GlobalEndpointManager.GetDatabaseAccountAsync: singleValueInitFunc isn't awaited (runs in the background) and doesn't have try/catch handling inside.
