Access Blob Output Binding Path

Is there a way to access the blob output binding path value after a blob as been set?

For example, if a path is:

container/dir/{rand-guid}.txt

How can I get the path with the actual file name so that I can return it?

Or how can I specify a file name in the output binding without using metadata from an input binding?
