Describe the bug
XmsEnumValidation is not validating the enum defined inline in the response

To Reproduce
See an example in this swagger and it is introduced by this PR, no violation of this rule found in the log of LintDiff on this PR

Expected behavior
Lint tool should report an error on this schema
