@vicancy -- Would you mind pulling together the following information to facilitate the review process?

• Core concepts & definitions
• Arch diagram
• Hero Scenarios (especially focused on the new aspects of the API)
• Change Log / Change Scope (if not new)
• Linked PR [Web PubSub] Add new API version for GA #15907

  • Send messages to a connection, or a user, or a group, or a hub, a sample on publishing messages
  • Check if the connection exists, or the user contains any connections, or the group contains any connections, or the hub contains any connections.
  • Close a connection, close connections for the user, close connections in a group, or close connections in the hub
  • Add user/connection to group, or remove user/connection from a group
  • Add permissions to a connection, so that the connection can do client-side pub/sub
  • Generate client token for AAD scenario
