When create a vaultCertificates on Portal (recovery vault -> Site Recovery infrastructure -> Hyper-V Hosts -> Add Servers -> Download the vault registration key), there is a request param certificateCreateOptions, but it's not defined in Swagger.

Also, to fully manage this resource type please define GET, DELETE function for it.
