Describe the bug

The automation currently puts a comment in spec PRs that should contain a link to the APIView(s) when they have finished. But this comment is not getting updated. Here's a screenshot from the linked PR:

Expected behavior

Update the comment with a link to the APIView when it is ready.

Actual behavior

Comment not updated.

Reproduction Steps

Look at a spec PR
