  • Update go.mod to use go version 1.16. Bump the internal dependency and remove the replace directive for azcore
  • Remove the RunTests: true parameter from ci.yml file.

(These were blocking #15874 and were left for later change, azidentity needed an update at the time to latest version of core, bypassed to merge)
