We can't do anything about the maximum batch size - the limit of 32 is dictated by Azure Queues: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/hh697709.aspx

The other item in this issue (#2) isn't SDK specific, it's about WebJobs core. #3 is about improved dashboard monitoring for SDK. So moving this into the next release.
