In a scenario where you have multiple Azure Tenants for a Staging approach (like; DEV->PROD) it's easier to use a ACR in every Tenant/Stage.

Therefore its needed to override the path/name of the bicepconfig.json. In the config file I would be able to set a ModuleAlias. Then one file has one Alias for one Stage.

@SeSeicht -- this looks like a dup of #5013. Is that the type of user-experience you were imagining? Going to close, but feel free to re-open this if needed or add a comment to that issue.
